Everyone's Wearing Hats!

Every so often, I'll see a commercial on television that I can completely relate to.  I can vividly remember crying after a specific Citizen's Bank commercial.  Without getting into too many details, it was about a young girl growing into an adult (in about 45 seconds).  Her father went to the bank to take out a loan, and the black and white commercial ended with the Father-Daughter dance at her wedding.  Without fail, every time it came on, I was reaching for the tissues.
Last week, Rick and I were watching something, and a commercial for Staples came on.  There was one character, I'll call him "Pete."  Pete was the main character, and upon walking into his office, he was greeted by about fifteen other "Petes."  One Pete was brewing coffee, another was making photocopies, a third Pete was checking his email, and another Pete still, was shredding documents.  All of the Petes were busy doing various tasks of a small business.  The commercial ended briefly, and the underlying theme was that Staples is there to help all of your small business needs.
This really resinated with me, and I think it also made something click in Rick.  Being a small business owner, I know how important it is to wear all of my different hats; sales person, accountant, business development, marketing coordinator, general manager, janitor, H&R, and secretary.  As an employee to my clients, I know how imperative it can be to delegate some of that work out.  Small business owners have enough on their plates, I like to think of myself, as just another "Pete." Someone to come in and offer assistance with making copies, organize or develop a filing system, doing data entry, or running to Staples to fill supply needs.
What are some different hats you wear on a daily basis- at home or at work?
