Hello,

Thank you very much for your recent feedback on my blog- and more importantly, Congratulations on getting engaged! It's a very exciting time.

In regards to your posting, I do have my own life and my own problems you are correct with that. I also have three people that work for me, so I do have the flexibility to delegate out projects and clients so that I don't feel overstretched, and burnt out.

The purpose of my blog was to highlight how important my services, are- people that work full time jobs, don't necessarily have time to wait around for the repairman; which was really my point. Thank you very much for your thoughts, as in the future it will make me more conscious of the message I'm sending. I make great strides to make my clients a priority and they know that when I am scheduled to work with, or for them, they are my only concern for that block of time.

I do appreciate you taking the time to give me a different perspective.

All the best,

Stacy Mafera

PS- I did try to email you back directly at @ ASHELDONE@gmail.com, but it said it was a bogus address.

the only thing i learned from reading this is that you are a small company probally run by one woman who an only be in one place at one tme and who has her own life and problems and schedule to adhear to it seems as though you dedicate so much of your time to your businees it seems as though you are too busy to even do what this whole company appears to be centered around the idea that you can help us get more time out of a 7 day 24 hour a day week...Im worried youor cable gguy will be lateand becuaase of that youll be late to come serve me as a client... I have an engagement party i need help with and a weddding and the engagement party is a jack and jill ad was considering calling you until I read the blogs on this page, now im not sure....I found you on yelp and it brought me to this art of your website....bad idea....in my opinion... but anyways just my opinion...

Hello Stacy,
As always, LOVE your blogs and especially your recipes. Loving potato salad myself, am always looking for fun twists on my basis recipe. Asking for clarification on the mayo: you said add mayo twice, in different quantities. Is this correct, or did you mean to put in another ingredient?
Thank you!
Gwen
